The second bedroom offers a flexible and welcoming space: a double bed and a sliding wardrobe with white lacquered doors, already organized with hangers and a safe. The air conditioning allows you to easily adjust the ideal temperature.
The armchair converts into a single bed, ideal for a third guest, a friend, or a child. The hallway leads to the main bathroom, where a corner bathtub awaits, perfect for a moment of pure relaxation.

La Dimora E&F House is located in Piazza Pio XI, in the Gregorio VII district—a modern area just outside the Vatican walls. Developed during the 20th century, it serves as a natural residential extension of 'Papal Rome'.
The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant and full of amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, and banks are all within walking distance. A taxi stand is also located right in the square, making it easy to get around the city quickly.

Concerts, matches, and major events at the Olympic Stadium
If you're coming to Rome for a concert or a match at the Stadio Olimpico , La Dimora E&F House is a perfect base: you'll stay in a quiet, well-served area, close to the Vatican , but you can easily reach the stadium in a short time.
From the Gregorio VII / Piazza Pio XI area, you can reach the Olympic Stadium in about 20–30 minutes , choosing between taxi, public transportation, or a private transfer upon request. This way, you can enjoy the event without worrying too much about transportation, returning to a quiet and comfortable apartment with plenty of space to relax after the evening.
How to get to La Dimora E&F House
By car
From the highway
Enter the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and take exit 1 for Via Aurelia towards Roma Centro (Roma Centro – Aurelio, Città del Vaticano, SS1 Aurelia).
Continue on Via Aurelia for approximately 5.5 km until Piazza San Giovanni Battista De La Salle, then turn off
right onto Via Gregorio VII.
After about 1.5 km you will reach Piazza Pio XI: Dimora E&F House is located on the right side of the square.

Termini Station
Take Metro A toward Battistini to Valle Aurelia. Buses 31, 33, or 247 to the Anastasio II stop (McDonald's on the left). Cross the square to reach La Dimora E&F House. Alternatively, you can get off at the Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stop and walk for 14 minutes.
Tiburtina Station
Bus 62 towards "Traspontina" to "Ponte Vittorio Emanuele"
Bus 916 to the "Piazza Pio XI (Gregorio VII/Satolli)" stop.

From Fiumicino Airport (FCO)
Take a shuttle bus to "Circonvallazione Aurelia." From there, take Bus 247 or 916 and get off at the "Anastasio II" stop.

From Ciampino Airport (CIA)
Take Bus 520 to the "Cinecittà" Metro station. Take Metro A (direction Battistini) to "Valle Aurelia." Then, take Bus 31, 33, or 247 and get off at "Anastasio II" (you will see a McDonald’s on your left). Cross the square to reach La Dimora E&F House. Alternatively, you can get off at the "Baldo degli Ubaldi" Metro stop and it is a 14-minute walk. ​
